My Story

My father always said “Never trust anybody trying to sell ya something.”

I’ve spent the last 22 years of my professional life trying to prove him wrong.

Showing him that you can indeed sell — a lot! — and still be trusthworthy, ethical, and a damn good person to be around.

I wrote this book to help fellow realtors think LESS about marketing and more about providing VALUE. As long as we do that we’ll never worry about where our next client will come from.

Our only problem will be having too many clients at once.
